  I want to build a blog for monetization purpose. So, need help to buy domain.

  Hi there,

  To register (buy) a domain you need to browse to your WordPress.com dashboard: My Site → Domains and search for Add Domain in the right corner.

  Then just enter the domain you wish to register in the search box and if the domain is available it will show up below the search box. Then you can select the domain and follow the steps to register it.
