Remove the selection of “Always use HTTPS when visiting administration pages“ option from your Personal Settings page.
Dashboard > Users > Personal Settings

Can you use a computer that is not behind your current firewall / server? A friend that will let you log-in from home or another location long enough for you to change the settings?

Log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, and then try again. If the URL that comes up is still https:// are you coming from a bookmark? If so, delete that bookmark or edit it and take the “s” off the URL.
If it still wants to go to https:// shut your computer down and then start it back up and try. If it still does it, then you might have to manually clear your DNS cache on your computer. Windows is notorious for hanging onto cached DNS information.
What operating system are you using?

Hi all, my problem is solved. I logged in on a different server and i was able to go to my dashboard. followed timethief’s advise, and presto, it’s back to edit mode again with my blog. thanks, thanks!!!!

Ups, sorry…first of all, it was Auxclass’ advise, to log in to a different server…because my server has lots of firewalls…then after that, timethief’s steps that i followed. Thanks again, guys…it’s happy blogging again for me!
