Need help to change owner

  Hello!
  I write to you representing Estonian Defence League affiliated organisation Home Daughters. Website was meant to be a home page for Tartu division of Home Daughters. Unfortunately previous workers and voluntaries have left I do not have a access to renew or remove the information on that website. If you can not give me the access to admin the website, is it possible to hide it from search engines, because it creates confusion among those, who try to find information about Home Daughters. Information on the website is totally out of date.
