Need help to choose plan

    I am thinking of creating website in wordpress for my business. For which I have few questions about the customization.
    I need to add few forms and condition while user profile creation, want to add check box to accept term and condition and few more. To do maximum customization in order to enhance user experience which plan will be more suitable for me?
    After purchasing a yearly plan is it possible to upgrade or degrade the existing plan in middle of existing subscription?
    How wordoress team will provide support in case of new feature i want to add and is not available in the feature customization list?

    Can you tell me a bit more about what you are trying to set up? It sounds like you need to have the ability to have visitors “create profiles” but it would help to know more about that so we can advise you as accurately as possible.

    Generally speaking, there is not a custom profile creation process built in to WordPress.com, but is something you would add via a 3rd party “plugin” which is extra functionality created by other companies to “work with WordPress”

    To use plugins on WordPress.com would require upgrading to our Business Plan, as it is not possible to upload your own plugins or themes if your site is using one of our lower level upgrades.

    Our Business plan (which will be required to use plugins) offer priority email support from our business site team if you upgrade to the monthly option. If you upgrade to the yearly Business Plan that includes 24/7 live chat support you can access as well, which is quite helpful if you are just getting started.
