need help to clean up WP account and get moving

  I am trying to use my already registered http://www.justusdogs.com for wordpress I made an error and did a justusdogswordpress.com I already HAVE a web site..i want to use WP to make a new look

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Then you need to install software from WordPress.ORG in your webspace, and not use the WordPress.com site you just registered.

  Is there a tutorial I can find and use to do this?? I have made a mess of the web site names..thought I could delete ans start over but that wont work…
