Need help to find plugins

Just now have created wordpress blog…but i dnt find plugin option in that dashboard…how can i get that..?anyone help me

Please don’t post the same question more than once. You have a WordPress.com blog. WordPress.com blogs do not have plugins. You cannot add plugins.

Why don’t you just tell us what you want to accomplish and we can tell you how to do it on your blog?
