need help to fine tune and tips to increase traffid

  My blog is sonofgreycloud, I downloaded a slew of plugins, saved and unziped them, no change. What did I do wrong and how do I fix? I don’t have website. The whole exercise might be out of my range.

  There is no FTP access to free hosted wordpress.com blogs and we cannot upload plugins or themes into them. Please read this. > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Hi Thomas. You can’t install plugins on WordPress.COM. Only on WordPress.ORG self-hosted blogs. More info here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  If you tell us what the plugins were for, we may be able to suggest alternatives that can work on WordPress.COM.
