  To clarify, do you want to connect your domain hosted with GoDaddy with your WordPress.com site, vijayalakshmi2022.wordpress.com?

  If so, you have the option to connect or transfer that domain.

  First, you can transfer the domain without purchasing a paid plan. However, using a domain at WordPress.com without a plan prevents you from making the domain primary. When someone types in your custom domain, it will automatically forward to your WordPress.com subdomain:
