Need help to make a frame on my website

    So, I am a newbie when it comes to web development and I was wondering if there is a way to make an adaptive frame on my website, like the one shown in the following link: https://blastgalaxy.nl
    I noticed that it is made with WordPress but I don’t find a way to make it.

    Hi there – That’s a cool design!

    I do notice that site is using the custom self-hosted version of WordPress, which allows for installing custom WordPress themes and plugins.

    Looking further, it looks like they’ve created that theme, it’s very custom.

    When you say “make an adaptive frame on your website,” could you tell me more about what you mean? For example, are you talking about an area which holds media that resizes as you change the size of the screen or window you are viewing your site through?
