Need help to put ‘text widgets in my webpage

  Hi, I need help to put text widgets in my webpage…I can seem to find text widgets anywhere.

  Hi there,

  Can you tell me a bit more about what you are trying to set up? On WordPress the term “widgets” relate specifically to individual blocks that you can put in your theme sidebars and footers.

  However, for items that you want to put “in” the page instead of in a sidebar or footer, we have “blocks” instead. If you can tell us more about what you are trying to set up, perhaps we can find the block or blocks you need to create that layout?

  Hi,

  Thanks for your reply back.
  So basically I am trying to make a webpage for a university assessment (job application) and they have asked us to use ‘text widgets’ to write our answers in.

  So are the widgets called ‘blocks now?’

  I basically need to put in text widgets that have a title then a text box underneath…are there widget blocks that have this?
