Need help to redirect mail from a web site's Contact page to another address.

  When it was created by a third party developer the contact page at http://www.deepfibersolutions.com forwarded messages from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to my email address. It has stopped forwarding and we now wish to redirect to another email address.
