Need help to remoove spam

Hi out there. I am in desperat need for help.
There are tons of comments coming to my blog. I realty they are spam, but are registered as “ordinary” comments,
When I remove some of them, they only get more “agresive” and are comming back.
Is there a way to stop ALL comments to this blog, because I dont need comments.

hi, need help, how can porn-site comments be stopped from posting in my comment box? they’re spam-blocked, i suppose, but i wanna be certain because my blog is for young students and these postings are about nudity/teen porns/etc

If they’re going to Spam, they’re going to spam. The spam filter is operating normally. If they show up in the actual posts, Spam them and Akismet will learn and automatically spam them in future.

@espierspectives – if you are really worried set comments to “Must be approved by Admin”
Dashboard >> Settings >> Discussion >> Before a comment appears >> An administrator must always approve the comment
Then if a spam comment beats Akismet the spam will not get to your site until you approve it.
