Need Help To renew and revert

  I didn’t renew wordpress premium in time. If I renew my purchase and get back my domain will it revert back to the site I had built? If not is there any way to get it back?

  Hi there,

  You still have your domain. In fact, it appears you’ve renewed it twice, so it’s now good until 2024.

  But your site isn’t appearing at the domain because you no longer have a pln, and that’s also why your plugins are no longer working.

  I’ve just sent you a link via email that you can use to pay for the plan’s renewal. Let us know once you’ve paid, and we can restore the plan to your site as well.

  Once you’re back on the Business Plan you’ll be able to contact live chat support for help getting your site back to how it was set up before the plan was removed.
