Need help to reset login for Church Website. Staff member has left

    I need help resetting the login and password for our church website. The staff member who had developed and maintained the site has left and we need to update the content. If we are not able to reset this info for http://www.lifeinthebluffs.org/ we will have to switch to another web hosting service and redo the website. We hope to work with WordPress.com to resolve this issue, but will have not choice if we cannot access the site for updating and maintenance.
    I am going to be working with the new staff to update the website and content.
    I know we have a member who updates audio content on the website, but he does not know the login and password and just has it saved on his laptop so it automatically logs in to do the audio updates.

    We have no control over the site at http://www.lifeinthebluffs.org/, as that site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com.

    That site was made using the open source WordPress software which anyone can download and use without having an account with us, and it’s hosted with http://www.sharefaith.com/category/church-websites.html, so you’ll need to contact them for help gaining control over that site.
