need help to restore my Previous website

  I had a wordpress website and tried to change the hosting but all my content lost and the new website doesn’t have any content also doesn’t allow me to customize the site.Could you please help me to restore my data ?? I got a back-up but it doesn’t work . Can you help me to restore the data or give mr XML zip file to import it .

  Hey there baharoveis

  It looks like your site http://www.limodiego.com is not hosted here on WordPress.com and is instead using the open-source installation from WordPress.org hosted elsewhere, which is very different from each other (differences .com vs .org).

  I would recommend contacting your hosting provider (I think it’s Bluehost), they should be able to help you if you cannot customize the site, and guide you on how to restore your backup.
