Need help to setup a simple subscribe / follow button

  Hi,

  Can someone please help or guide me and tell me how to add a follow or subscribe button to my blog page? I don’t want to use any outsider service like mail chimp or anything fancy. I just want a simple yet elegant looking subscribe to my blog button. I’m on free plan. Thank you, Sophie
