Need help to start a podcast blog

  Hi out there.
  I have started a new wordpress.com blog. The reason for this is that I want to use this blog for podcasting.
  I am absolutely new to “the art” of podcasting, and my first question is: Are there any of the themes that are well suited for podcasts ( If possible, I want to podcast audio and video. As you already understand, I am starting from scratch, So what is your sugestions?
