Need help to unmap domain & provide refund

  Hi,
  I have just transferred my domain over to blue host. Please help unmap my domain from my bluehost account and provide a refund for the domain (if any).

  Are you talking about the domain: chembyk.com? I found that the domain was removed from your account.

  Hi. Yes I am referring to that domain : chembyk.com
  I have just completed transfer of the said domain to another host. however, i still do see “chembyk.com” in my wordpress.com dashboard.

  Does this mean that the domain is still mapped to my chembyk.wordpress.com address?

  Some background info : prior to my transfer, I changed my name host to Blue Host & my domain was working fine with my newly setup blog until earlier today -> the domain started re-routing me to my old wordpress.com site (on multiple devices). I then initiated a domain transfer which has since been completed, but my is still accessible till now. I have installed the wordpress plugin on my new host.
