I upgrade my account two times, by paypal system.
But i still em free account and the upgrade register is in standby.
I need help.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Exactly which upgrade are you trying to purchase please?
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and purchase upgrades at > Dashboard> Store > My Upgrades

Also as I note this blog https://evertonrenaud.wordpress.com/ has no content and was registered on January 25, 2011 and as we do not offer upgrades for any blogs that are not hosted by wordpress.COM, please provide the exact URL of the .wordpress.COM blog you are trying to purchase an upgrade for.

Could you conifrm that any biiling has been registered?

I’m in the same situation.
exclud my first domain. And i tried to register a new one and was not possible. I pay with paypal, and after i click to end the upgrade, nothing happened. the request is in buying cart asking to be finalized. -
It looks like there was a problem processing your payment. You will need to contact Paypal. Sorry I can’t be more help, but this is on their end.
