Need help Transfering my Subscribers/Followers to my new self-hosted domain

  Hello,
  I am trying my hand at moving my WordPress Blog to a new self-hosted domain through HostGator for the first time, so I am clueless. I read through the steps to move my subscribers over to the new domain, and the last step said to contact WordPress to have my subscribers moved after I completed the other steps (enabling JetPack, etc.). I’ve completed those steps. What do i do now?

  Thank You! I see my subscribers now.
  Before I moved to Self-hosted, the stats page also displayed counts of Facebook and Twitter followers (since I connected with those services via “Publicize”). I don’t see those counts on my self hosted site. Are they located on a different page? Also, is there a similar tracker for LinkedIn, since I’ve also connected my blog there?

  Please note that we cannot transfer over Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter subscribers, only your WordPress.com and Email subscribers.
