  What domain are you trying to transfer and where to? If your idea was to transfer vicsveggie.com or vicsveggies.com away from WordPress.com, you shouldn’t have canceled them.
  We would need to restore those for you – if that’s what you want, let us know, and we’ll send you an invoice for the registration fee.

  Also, note that new domains are locked for transfers for 60 days. During that time, you’ll only be able to point the domain elsewhere as explained here:
