Need help transferring domain name and hosting to bluehost

I cannot get my remodelingourlives.com to transfer to bluehost. How do I transfer that. I attempted to initiate a transfer but it continually says wild west domains has rejected it. I contacted them and they said it is not on their end. Please help

Yes. ANd, when I select transfer it says privacy is turned off to prepare for transfer. But, when I look at my domain settings, it says privacy on. I;m confused why it isn’t working.
I have my DNS sent to bluehost.

You can disable Private Registration of your domain by clicking here https://wordpress.com/me/purchases.
Under the Domain Upgrade, select “Cancel Private Registration”.

Your account shows you updated the domain contact details for remodelingourlives.com on 3rd March 2018. This process triggers a 60 day transfer lock unless you specifically opt out of it when updating your details.
Please try updating the contact details (including the email address) again and opting out of the 60 day lock. There is a screenshot of the option you need to check here:

THank you. I tried this but have submitted a request for help. I no longer have access to the original email where I signed up for the domain. That is why I changed it. My understanding is that is where the option to cancel transfer lock occurred.
