Need help Transferring Followers

  Hello,

  We are transferring our blog from http://damnationbooks.wordpress.com/ to our new blog site: http://www.damnationbooks.com/blog/ and would like to transfer our followers. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

  We do have Jet Pack installed on the new site.
