Need help transferring Followers to new blog

  My blog at http://drjordansblog.wordpress.com/ has followers; How can I transfer them to my new blog at http://drtimjordan.com

  Provided you install and activate the JetPack plugin and provide the relevant URL(s) in this thread, then Staff do the transfer of subscribers and stats for you. Please do that now as I tagged this thread for their assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

  I have moved over all your WordPress.com subscribers as requested. Please keep in mind that while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site.
