Need help transferring followers to WP.org

  Hi,
  I’m moving my blog over to wordpress.org, and I’ve read that the wordpress staff can help me with transferring my followers over, as long as I have the Jetpack plugin installed and activated on my self-hosted blog (which I do). Can you help me out? :)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yep, they sure can. However they’re going to need the wordpress.com address for the “old” blog.

  the site at 69.195.124.60/~lovehan3/ ? Is that your final site location?

  Thank you! The “old” blog’s wordpress.com address is http://lovehandmade.me
  (I thought it showed in the first post)

  Please note that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.

  You might think about setting up a Site Redirect for your WordPress.com site at http://lovehandmade.me to send your site visitors to your new domain. Otherwise, people will still be able to subscribe on your old site.

  Hello I’m having the same issue. I went from http://kpopmusicupdate.wordpress.com/ to http://www.kpopmusicupdate.com/ I was wondering if there was anyway you could help me with moving my subscribers. Thanks so much!!!
