Need help tweaking CSS to center featured images

  Good morning WP world!

  I was hoping someone could help a complete CSS novice (all I know how to do is get to the CSS editor) figure out how to center featured images on the main page!

  Right now, they appear to align left. This is strange; when I was hosted with http://www.wordpress.com for free, the images were centered. Once I moved over to a self-hosted site and installed the same theme, they became aligned left.
