Need help understanding if you could meet our needs…

    Can you please help me understand if WooCommerce will work for us…& what type of support we can expect?

    For a site that’ll have 300-500 products, there will be over 30 logos that’ll be offered on the site. How can we restrict someone from having access to a logo that they shouldn’t have access to?

    Hi there!

    Happy to help! You can easily have thousands of products on a WooCommerce-powered site. And when you have digital products, like logos, that shouldn’t be downloadable without a purchase, WooCommerce can take care of that.

    Think of it this way: Your products will have images (you can have low-resolution or watermarked images) that will be visible to your customers. But for them to access the main file, they must purchase the product. Without purchasing, they won’t have access to the full-resolution logos/other files.

    This document over at WooCommerce.com has some more information and instructions on how to ensure this.

    As for support, it sounds like you’d like to create a new site with us. On WordPress.com, you can use WooCommerce on the WordPress.com Business and eCommerce plan. The eCommerce plan comes with additional paid extensions to take your online store even further, but you can get started with the Business plan and upgrade later if needed.
