Need help unlocking site

  My site its locked with Automattic Inc. and there is no place for me to access my domain, not on WordPress admin, not under my domains, not anywhere, I have been checking for 2 weeks now. It says it’s with WordPress and yet somehow I cannot request for it to be unlocked so I can transfer it so I can edit it. Does a solution exist at all??
