need help upgrading plan after downgrade

  I had a business plan but decided to get rid of it since it was too much. It downgraded me to the free plan vs the personal that I had and now my domain doesn’t show up as before. I had one plugin installed when on the business plan but I deactivated it. Please help me upgrade back to personal plan
