I had a custom blog created by a graphic designer on WordPress.com. When i get to the backend of the blog I really dont know what I need jetpak or WP bakery or what they are.
also when writing a blog post I have run into issues where the post looks one way when writing and another on the site( the font or layout) , and there is no way to address that issue.
I would like consistent support as i learn this, phone or chat help.
Any suggestions would be helpful, thank you.
