Need help Videos now showing up /Need to resize sidebar

  Im trying to get help I moved my page over from blogger today and also did the video upgrade and custom upgrade. Im trying to get videos to play that I imported and also trying to get help with trying to resize the sidebar and also add a third row.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  THERE ARE THEE COLOUMS IN GRID PRESS THEME AND HOW TO UPLOAD OR ADD NEW POST IN THAT LEFT COLOUMWITHOUT DELETING THE 2ND COLOUM
