Need help with a broken site

    Hello,

    I noticed some problems with the display of image galleries on my site on mobile phones and was idly checking out new themes that I might use instead. I accidentally activated a theme that I’d meant to preview and this began a process of transferring the site (to where, I don’t know). In a panic I navigated away and tried switching to other themes to try to fix the issue. In the process most of the thousands of images in my media gallery seem to have disappeared. I would really like to go back to my old theme, Able but it is not longer available for me to select.

    I have the Business plan which is supposed to give me 24/7 staff support but I can’t figure out how to contact anyone through the backend. I would like to have my site restored to the condition it was in before midnight on Dec 10. Please let me know how to go about getting this done.
