Need help with a few plugins/widgets.

    I’m looking forward to create a photography website, I already got a domain and hosting for wordpress, and I already tried (more than few) themes and plugins, and I’m looking forwad to create something like this:
    http://www.humansofnewyork.com/

    The main thing that got my eyes, is that every picture has a description. And I would really like that. Theme, I’m sure that, it’s up to me.
    Is there any picture plugin, or widget or anything similar to make a picture show that kind of description? If yes.. Can you please share what settings should I make? Thanks.
    PS. I’m looking for a free plugin/widget.
