The fact that you own the domain, https://puenteinc.com/, does not give you any automatic claim over the free WordPress.com address, https://puenteinc.wordpress.com/.
If you believe that site is violating your registered trademark in some way, you can follow our trademark complains process here:

If they’re violating your copyright, you can report them as explained here:

Those are the only ways to have sites or content removed from WordPress.com. This is also not something we’re able to help with in the public forums, so I’m closing this thread to further replies.
