    Here is my website that I’m logged into:

    Whey I use the above login info to log into WordPress, it says there are no sites associated with my login – What gives?

    Is there a way of getting live support on this – super frustrating to try and figure this out and I suspect once we’re talking live, we could handle quickly.

    Options?

    I think there’s some confusion here. There’s three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and where you’re posting in the free support forums.

    Note that WordPress.com accounts are different from the account you use to log into your site, which is why you don’t have any sites under your WordPress.com account.

    We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    It looks like your site is using WooCommerce? If so and if you’re using the AfterPay extension found on the WooCommerce Extension store, then you can submit a support request to the WooCommerce support team from your account page and they’ll be able to help you via direct email, or if they have availability, live chat.
