Need help with blog name/mapping

  I just entered a new (my first) blog name: pressingin.com, with the checked box to pay $17/yr for this name but my correspondance from WordPress is saying my site is: pressingindotcom.wordpress.com. Not sure why the “dotcom” is all spelled out! Help!

  Your underlying URL is pressingindotcom.wordpress.com, since pressingin.wordpress.com is already taken.

  Pressingin.com also appears to be registered elsewhere. If you believe you own this domain name, you can map it by following this guide:
  http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/

  Otherwise, you can register any available domain name:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/register-domain/

  If you map a domain name to your blog, the underlying .wordpress.com address won’t be visible to your readers.
