Need help with buying new certification and other questions

My SSL certification expired. I was not told this by my new hosting service. They told me to repurchase my SSL certificate with my WordPress credentials. I have additional questions as well. How can I repurchase this to get my website back up and running securely again?

I’m not sure why the address did not post properly. The proper website address is www,aphoenixhealing.com . I cannot seem to locate how to renew a SSL certificate on WordPress as I initially bought it from here.

Your website is not hosted on the WordPress.com platform where you are now.
Your website uses the open source WordPress software developed and supported at WordPress.org. But you are hosting it yourself with NameCheap.
Perhaps you purchased your SSL certificate from NameCheap, though I can’t be certain of that. But irrespective of where you purchased it from, you can only install it on your hosting server, and that’s at NameCheap.
So I’ll recommend you get in touch with your hosting provider, NameCheap, for help. They host your website on their servers and should be in the best position to help you install the SSL certificate. Just log in to your NameCheap account and use their helpdesk ticketing system. Alternatively, you may open a ticket from here: https://support.namecheap.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
