Need help with changing color on my website

    Hi!
    I could use some help with my website (thejourneytopositivity.com).
    I would like to change the background color on the second (middle) menu to black. The dropdown menu should also be black and the text in the menu should be #c89093.

    I would also like to change the site-title color from black to #c89093.

    I’ve tried using the additional CSS (with help from google since I have no experience in coding whatsoever) but no matter how I write it won’t work.

    Any kind soul who wants to help me? :)
