Need Help With Changing Colour

Hello,
I am using the HERO Theme and I was wondering if I could change the title of the posts to red, instead of the white now.
Also the tags that are shown comes in dark grey, I was wondering if I could change them to red too.
The background colour of my site is black . Any help will be greatly appreciated.
