Need help with changing name servers

    I need to change the name servers for a wordpress.com website that I am an admin on. The help page for how to do this lists fairly simple instructions https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/change-name-servers/ however I do not have the same options when I log in. My settings screen only shows me the ability to change DNS settings and not Name Server settings. The term name servers is not even shown on the main settings screen, only DNS. The person who created this website has deleted her user and replied with a hostile message when we asked if she could log in and take 2 seconds to put in the new name server info, therefore we are stuck. I am confused as to why – as admin – I can’t make the changes. Please help! Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated!

    The domain ecfitboulder.com was created at Squarespace, and is just pointed to WordPress.com. You won’t be able to change the name servers here, but you can login to Squarespace where the domain was purchased to do that. Hope that helps!
