I want to make a classified ads webpage. I also want to have it listed in multiple states.
How do I set up my webpage and how much is a template and website gonna cost if I design it myself?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You cannot create a classified ads site here at WordPress.COM. You have to hire a web host and set up a WordPress.ORG software install for that type of site. See: http://move.wordpress.com

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
