Need help with credentials from old wordpress site

This account is several years old, and I want to use it again, but can’t find the right information to log back in. I have MarsEdit set up to interact with the site, but it doesn’t use my user name, so looking at the app’s preferences didn’t help. The site is still live, but I can’t find a place to log in/out on the page to aid in my regaining my log ln credentials. I also checked my email for anything from wordpress regarding the site, but I may have used an old email address which I no longer have access to. The old email may have been (email visible only to moderators and staff), or (email visible only to moderators and staff). Maybe..
