Need help with custom heading

  Having trouble uploading images to customize my header. I have watched the help videos and tried all advice in the forum regarding my problem. This is the message I get:

  “Image could not be processed. Please go back and try again.”

  This is after cropping and after resizing with Photoshop. I even tried changing the theme altogether from cutline to Vigilance.

  I am also noticing things in wordpress taking a long time to respond. Is 10+ seconds typical per action?

  Cutline and Vigilance have two different sized headers. Try cropping your header to the exact dimensions mentioned in this support doc before you upload it.
