Need help with customizing my site please!

  Hi I have a few questions for my website: http://jymobi.wordpress.com. I’m currently using the motif theme and need help with the following questions:

  1. How do I center my top menu?
  2. In my services category [http://jymobi.ca/services/] I’m using the grid theme. Is there any way of taking out the space between the white descriptions box and each of the boxes on the grid?
  3. a) In my comments page [http://jymobi.ca/comments/] is there any way of taking out the space between the the white descriptions box and each of the boxes on the leave a reply box?
  b) Is there any way of taking out text “leave a reply”?
  4. Is there any way of making the font larger the title attributes?
