need help with customizing sidebar

    working on setting up my Dad’s blog for him and I want to style the right sidebar lists for “Categories, Recent Comments, Recent Posts, Archives” like the ones done on this blog http://www.ino.com/blog/

    the url for my dad’s is http://www.musicofthemarket.com/

    I am using a theme called techozoic and have tried to find the right code snippet to over ride on my child theme, but so far every one I have tried as not worked…also tried to figure it out off the code source for the page I am trying to emulate, again no joy. The main thing I can’t figure out is the horizontal bars under each line…all help is greatly appreciated and I thank you in advance.
