NEED HELP WITH CUTLINE THEME-CATEGORIES/TOOL BAR/PAGES
-
I am new to WordPress and am using the Cutline Theme (not published yet, just started with this today). Although there is a side column for catagories, I would like to add more page categories on the top tool bar. Right now it just has “Front Page” and “About” and I cannot figure out how to add more categories to the top tool bar. I would love to also have drop-down categories for each tool bar main category, if possible. Please Help!!! Thank you so much :)

Welcome to our company – but don’t shout with capitals!
The tabs in the “top tool bar” (we call it “header”) are Pages, not Categories. You create them in Write>Page.
Categories are sub-groups of your posts; clicking on a category tab will take you to all the posts filed under that category. Pages have content of their own (just like posts, only ouside the chronological order of posts and outside your main blog area); clicking on a page tab will take you to the content of that page.

And please provide a link to your blog. In fact, consider linking your blog to your user name as explained in the sticky at the top of the forum:
Go into your dashboard -> users -> your profile -> then scroll down to ‘contact info’. In the spot where it says ‘website’ fill in the address of your blog and save the changes.
Now… when you comment here and on other blogs, your name will link to your blog. If you do this before you post your request for help, it will allow forum volunteers to be able to help you quicker since they won’t have to ask you for a link and wait until you come back to post one.
