Hey If you look at the headers – “Gallery” is not the same distance from the other two catagories – I can’t seem to make it so – can anyone help. Also I am on a paid plan but I am never able to imput a question on support assistant (the loading circle just keeps spinning) – It’s supposed to be 24 hour help? What’s going on – does this happen to anyone else? Thanks

    Hi there,

It sounds like you’re dealing with a spacing alignment issue in your headers—that can definitely be frustrating! A few things you can try:

1️⃣Check CSS Styling—If ‘Gallery’ isn’t aligning with the other menu items, inspect the element (right-click > Inspect) to see if padding/margin values are inconsistent. You might need to adjust this in your theme’s CSS (e.g., .menu-item { margin: 0 15px; }).

2️⃣Menu Settings—Some themes have built-in spacing controls. Look under Appearance > Menus for options like ‘Spacing’ or ‘Alignment.’

3️⃣Plugin Conflict—Temporarily deactivate plugins to see if one is affecting the menu layout.

About the Support Assistant issue: That’s odd—have you tried

    • Clearing your browser cache/cookies?
    • Using a different browser/device?
    • Are you checking your console for errors (F12 > Console) when the spinner appears?

If it’s still not working, you might need to contact WordPress.com support directly via email or their social media channels, since the 24/7 help should be accessible. Others in the forum—have you experienced this?
