Need help with Domain

    I completed a domain transfer a week ago and it is still not showing up for me on my dashboard. I have a paid account, but the AI bot won’t connect me to customer support. When I search my domain, it says there is no website there. So folks using the main website will be sent to an error page.

    How can I fix this? I need a status update on my domain transfer.

    To confirm, the custom domain you are referring to is https://sasquad.org/? If so, this was transferred to us, but is under a different WordPress.com account.

    This could be the reason why it is not showing under the WordPress.com account of angelaweeks805. It could be that you created a new account by mistake and transferred the domain there.

    If you recall any other email address used with WordPress.com, you can log in with that username and try to reset the password here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword.

    If you gain access, you can follow the steps in this guide to transfer the domain to your current WordPress.com account: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account.
