Need help with domain and forgotten password

  Hello, I haven’t used my account for years and remember my password or email. I do have my domain name used and can’t find a link or location to contact tech support. to correct this I don’t want o lose my domain name thanks for your help

  I have a similar issue and am desperate after a week of trying everything. My account is http://www.viewfromtheriva. Began May 2009. Trying to edit a blog, somehow I locked myself out. Dont have password and when I put in my e mail or viewfromtheriva I get a password reset for outsidethecurve—a blog I also but NEVER used!! The Recovery Form is useless because I dont have a paid account, dont have my ID from 2009, etc. so it wont even let me submit! My personal website has my viewfromtheriva info, my last post has a photo of me at local school which sure looks like my LinkedIn photo–so I can “prove” the site it mine unless there is another Robert Aronson in Split, Croatia! Promise to tattoo the new password to the bottom of my toe if someone can help. With 250 plus posts and lots of readers I am totally drowning trying to get back my own blog!! Thanks for help.   Hi Robert, have you tried filling out the Recovery Form. It can help even if you are not a paid user. There are basically three main items that can be used to verify and reactivate an account. Outside of that I believe there is no other way to activate. Here is the form, it may be worth a try!

  Thanks for your help, but as I explained the three “proofs” on the Recover form wont work because I dont have a paid account, don’t have my ID from 8 years ago and don’t have two step authentication. So an 8 year old blog with 250 posts and thousands of readers is “lost” because I “fail” the three “proofs” above? I just cant accept this–there must be a way someone who is a WP guru can send me a new password after verifying I am who I say I am. After all there isn’t but one Robert Aronson who lives in Split Croatia!
