Need help with Domain name ASAP

    I cant find the renew my domain name button. My domain name has expired and I need to get the name back up and running asap. I was able to use it and point the name servers to my new hosting service at Blue Host but now I am unable to. Please direct me to what I need to do to get this fixed. I understand from info in WP support that once a domain name has expired, it is a difficult process but I need this fixed asap in order to run my site. When I try to login through WordPress.com to change name servers etc, the domain name is not listed. Thank you

    It looks like you might have also fell into the broken part of notice of renewal which is not always being sent to upgrade owners

    You will need staff help to renew your domain name – it expired almost 2 months ago – please next year put a note on your calendar

    Yes, I think I will but I am not certain as to how to get in contact with staff to do this. No voice support or a direct email or contact for staff??

    Hi there – I’m sorry, but your domain rachellproctor.org expired 50 days ago and is now in redemption.

    The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else. A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one which we can waive.

    I’ve emailed you a payment request for the renewal amount.

    The total price will be $106, which is $26 for the regular renewal plus the $80 late renewal fee.

    Please reply to this thread once you’ve paid, and I’ll contact our registrar to restore your domain. If we are unable to recover your domain your payment will be refunded.

    If you don’t want to pay the $80 fee you can let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price once it has expired completely. But please note that your domain can be put up for auction or sold on back-order while it is in redemption, which means someone else may purchase the domain first and you will be unable to register it again.
